24 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice you will be invoiced for 50% of the appointment fee.
If you are a "no show" you will be invoiced for 100% of the appointment fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.
3 consecutive "no shows" will be discharged from the practice.
Late arrivals will receive a shorter session based on their booked time and be charged the full amount.

Telehealth appointments will be invoiced with payment required prior to the visit.
