24 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations of reiki/reflexology appointments. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice you will be invoiced for 50% of the appointment fee.
If you are a "no show" for any category of visit you will be invoiced for 50% of the appointment fee. You may be required to prepay future appointments for non-medical services.
3 consecutive "no shows" will be discharged from the practice.
Late arrivals will receive a shorter session based on their booked time and be charged the full amount.

Telehealth appointments will be invoiced with payment required prior to the visit.
Same Day of Service Discount for Self-Pay Medical Fees ONLY for patients whose insurance we do not accept, for telehealth services not covered by insurance, or for those patients that are uninsured. (please note the fees below are the minimum charge per blocked time ie. sick visit is 20 min blocked service with minimum charge of $45.00)
1 Hour Appointment- $140.00
45 Min Appointment- $70.00
30 Min Appointment- $60.00
20 Min Appoinment- $45.00
Extra Time over the minimum- $1.00/Minute
Booking an appointment implies agreement to policies listed above.
